スピーディの逆ピラミッドとケーキ・トランクで100周年を祝う

天井から葡萄の房のように連なる逆ピラミッド。これ、ルイ・ヴィトンのスピーディなんです。イギリスの高級デパートSelfridges（セルフリッジス）の100周年を記念したディスプレイで、「商品をアートとして表現する」というコンセプトの下に制作されているようです。

Selfridges recently had an exhibition in honour of Louis Vuitton, as part of the centenary celebrations. We thought it'd be interesting to tell you about it and show you some of the photos.


こちらは、ケーキを入れるトランク。これも、Selfridgesの100周年を記念したオリジナルアイテムで、世界で限定1個。オークションに出して、得られた収益はガンと戦う子供のための基金に寄付されるそうです。粋ですねぇ。



■ LOUIS VUITTON X SELFRIDGES- Cake Trunk
The Louis Vuitton for Selfridges Cake Trunk is super limited, with only one piece available worldwide. Selfridges had also decided to donate this wonderful trunk to CLIC Sargent for an auction to raise money for children living with cancer.
